Knowledge Management Value

J*bList transforms scattered job search information into structured, reusable knowledge.

Problems We Identified:

  • Application data stored across emails, job boards, notes apps, and spreadsheets
  • No consistent way to track statuses, follow-ups, or interview dates
  • Hard to compare opportunities or see patterns over time
  • High cognitive load for job seekers

How J*bList Helps:

  • Unifies all job search information into one system
  • Captures explicit data (company, date applied, status, notes)
  • Reduces redundancy and repetitive tasks
  • Enables better decision-making
  • Creates a reusable personal “job search history” database

Knowledge Management goal:

➡️ Turn tacit job search stress into organized and actionable information.
