Some optimization to selenium

To run,

Download zip file and extract
Run mangascraper.exe
Manga will be saved to the directory where the .exe file is

or

Download the source code zip and extract
Ensure you have python 3 install
Open a terminal
Navigate to the extracted folder
Run python mangascraper.py
Manga will be saved to the directory where the mangascraper.py file is
