Notepad v26.07r6236

MSVC x64 build for Windows 10/11.

Fix

  • Dark preview underlay — short/empty Markdown documents no longer show a white sheet behind content in dark theme
  • Inline shell background + np2-dark on html before CSS loads
  • WEBVIEW2_DEFAULT_BACKGROUND_COLOR set at PreviewMode_Init
  • Asset cache bump ?v=3 for mdpp.css / mdpp.js
