Quire 0.2.0

Large books now open straight away. A long PDF with no chapter marks used to lay out its whole text at once; Quire now sets only the part you are reading.

Also:

• Five highlight colours, lighter on the page, and marks you can recolour or remove.
• Bookmarks grouped by book, in the order they appear in it.
• Books can be removed from the library.
• Selection is easier to start and drag.
• Slide the right edge to set brightness.
• Pick a reminder time; miss a day without losing your streak.
