Initial release — a native macOS menu bar task timer.

What it does

• Lives in your menu bar — see your active task at a glance without opening anything
• Add tasks with optional target time (hours + minutes)
• One timer running at a time — starting another pauses the current one
• Inline task creation: click "Add Task" to add multiple tasks in one go
• Inline editing: hover a task → pencil icon → edit name or target
• Drag to reorder tasks
• Adaptive menu bar label: shrinks to icon when idle, shows name + elapsed + target when active
• Light and dark mode support — follows your macOS theme automatically

Install

1. Download the ZIP below
2. Unzip and drag FocusStation.app to /Applications
3. First launch: right-click → Open (one-time Gatekeeper step)

Zero dependencies. Zero accounts. Fully local.
