Minor Changes

• 48fcccd Thanks @gajus! - fix: sql.and and sql.or wrap each member and the combined expression in parentheses so that nested and embedded conditions keep their meaning, e.g. sql.and([sql.or([a, b]), c]) now produces (((a) OR (b)) AND (c)) instead of a OR b AND c. This changes the SQL generated by every sql.and / sql.or call.
