Initial release: six Contact Form 7 form abilities (list, read, create, update, duplicate, delete) on the WordPress Abilities API, plus the optional Abilities Catalog MCP integration (a curated contact-form-7 domain tool and the set-up-contact-form OKF knowledge concept).

The plugin zip is built and attached automatically by the release workflow.
