FRAME v1.0.0 Alpha release candidate.

Highlights:

  • Reworked the root README into a simple first-run guide centered on the interactive stack.cmd command center.
  • Added Audio Bridge coverage for sessions, routes, WebSockets, mixer behavior, and CI test execution.
  • Removed the photo pipeline today symlink/junction path and documented recursive galleries watcher usage.
  • Added shared branded external error pages for Hybrid public gateway misses and downstream errors.
  • Refreshed public TODOs for the alpha release line.

Validation:

  • Full merged-main sweep passed: root stack.cmd verify, plus every service typecheck, build, and test script.
  • Live disposable Discord Audio Bridge smoke passed before release: command registration, route checks, portal telemetry auth, voice join to ready, and clean disconnect.

Notes:

  • This is a prerelease/alpha candidate. Rotate any disposable Discord credentials used during testing.
