KonPon Initial Pre-Release

First pre-release.
In order to run, make sure the included dlls and DictionaryData folder are in the same folder as KonPon.exe.

Many features are not yet implemented, but this should give a good idea of what can be done.
Features:
Import txt files containing Japanese text
Parse words of imported text and save them in lists (defaults to an unknown word list)
Organize words into separate word lists such as the default unknown and known word lists or create custom lists
View imported text in app and hover over words to see info related to word
View info related to individual words by double clicking a word in a word list or in a text
Create new anki card from word info and send to Anki (requires Anki Connect plugin)
