feat: re-enable build command

Changes

• This re-enables the build command. Not everything works 100% yet but you can try now using the following command:

deno run -A ./src/index.ts build ./test-project --vv --allowDirtyBuild --unityEmail="email@example.com" --unityPassword="mysecretpassword"
