A little editor file so Emacs will use deno (lsp) by default.

Merged.

Also updated all "Members" to have "Write" instead of "Read" permissions. You should be able to do stuff now.

We generally have the 1 approval rule (not enforced on all repos for flexibility reasons).
Please also don't push to main branch directly, which isn't also not strictly enforced on all repos.
