More map fixes and...

Lucia's Place can start however you want now. You even can put in Heroes and Sages in your starting recruitment center!

Checksums are now a thing after randomization. You can name characters however you want and you should have the same checksum... UNLESS you have a hero or a sage, then the checksum will be different.
