No workflow adaptation was needed: upload-artifact/action-gh-release usage
is the standard tag_name/files pattern (no inputs removed across
action-gh-release v1->v3), default persist-credentials still lets the tag
push after checkout succeed, and microsoft/setup-msbuild's v1->v2->v3
changelog is Node-runtime-only with no functional changes.
