Initial release of the official Python SDK for the GameTorch API.

• Full public API coverage: catalogs, projects, sprites, sounds, animations,
  exports, saved animations, labels, art styles, usage, API keys and account.
• Async client (AsyncClient) plus a matching synchronous Client.
• Respectful client-side rate limiting (Tier 1 / Tier 2 token buckets, shared
  writes bucket, concurrency caps) and retries with exponential backoff + jitter
  that honors Retry-After.
• Cursor pagination with async for / for.
• Typed pydantic models and decimal.Decimal money handling.
• MIT licensed.

Install: pip install pygametorch (import as gametorch).
