Live streaming fixes

• Config-driven streams: caches GET /api/config and derives go2rtc stream names + optional go2rtc.rtsp / go2rtc.api listen ports (no blind :8554 / :1984).
• Prefers authenticated HTTPS on the Frigate base URL: /api/go2rtc/stream.m3u8?src= then continuous MJPEG /api/{camera}.
• LibVLC: passes JWT via :http-header=Authorization: Bearer … (not :http-password=), plus frigate_token cookie; keeps --rtsp-tcp; advances candidates on EncounteredError.
• OkHttp live preview fallback: when all VLC candidates fail, streams MJPEG (or polls latest.jpg) with the same trusted OkHttp client + JWT as thumbnails.
• Coil ImageLoader reuses the authenticated OkHttp client.
