Config-driven camera capabilities, live home tiles, WebRTC talk, authenticated history/clips.

What's new

• CameraCapabilities from cached GET /api/config (ONVIF PTZ, go2rtc talk sources, audio, vendor hints)
• PTZ button shown when onvif.host is set even if /ptz/info 404s; WS {cam}/ptz + MOVE_*/STOP
• Talk via in-app WebRTC WebView (/live/webrtc/webrtc.html) with JWT cookie — no RTSP fake talk
• History + event clips downloaded with trusted OkHttp then played from file:// (fixes HTTPS+JWT+self-signed VLC failures)
• Home grid = live OkHttp snapshot tiles (~500ms) for all enabled cameras (LazyGrid visibility)
