Fewer crashes, steadier damage text

A round of stability fixes to keep the Companion running smoothly.

  • More stability fixes. We tracked down more cases where the app could crash or hang, and shut them down.
  • Cleaner NPC damage text. Further fixes to how damage numbers show up on NPCs.

Plus the usual round of behind-the-scenes improvements and fixes.
