Fixes

  • Pass CloudEval access key and project id into the PR comment step so GitHub-linked projects can post through the CloudEval GitHub App identity.
  • Keep the github-actions[bot] fallback for projects that are not GitHub App linked or keys without github:comment.

The floating v1 tag has also been updated to this release commit.
