- Support remote environment
- Support language specific tab size
- Improve finding of language configuration by using cache
* Add language-configuration.json files that are included in vscode. * Read the embedded language-configuration.json if no suitable extension is found. * Add script to copy language-configuration.json.
* Do not look for the language configuration files every time. * Store ILanguageConfiguration in LANGUAGE_CONFIGURATION_CACHE variable.
