• b13e956: Prevent unrecoverable session forking when a client crashes after transactions
  were sent to the sync server but before they were persisted locally. Sessions
  are now flagged while such a window is open, and the browser and React Native
  session providers mint a fresh session instead of reusing a flagged one.
• dc43d1d: Serialize Expo SQLite transactions at the connection level. The adapter is shared across providers/contexts, so concurrent storage clients could nest BEGIN statements on the same connection, causing "cannot start a transaction within a transaction" and "cannot rollback - no transaction is active" errors during storage reconciliation.
