Testimonials section on landing page

What would you like to be added:
Add a section with testimonials to the landing page:

• Create a carousel panel for the testimonials (see Vue-3-Carousel)
• Select several adopters from the Adopters page
• Reach out to selected adopters to request a testimonial (including name and optionally a photo of the spokesperson)

Just one minor note: Depending on the amount of testimonials we might not need a full fledged carousel component after all. (probably just an implementation detail)
