Migrated to Visual Studio 2022 which does not natively support .NET Framework 4.0 or 4.5. Retargeted all projects .NET 4.6.2 which is last framework that is installable on Win10 1511.

  • improved all network functions to SD API as well as the HTTP cache/image proxy service
  • improved log viewer
  • minor fixes to Transfer Tool as well as remembering sort order after transfer/update
  • rewrote code for scheduled task
  • rewrote a lot of the image/cache service code for efficiency
