v0.2.0 — the skill can now advise on framework choice

Added: references/choosing-frameworks.md — practical framework-selection guidance distilled from the frameworks-in-practice guide: selection table, one honest verdict per framework (incl. Zachman, FEAF/DoDAF, Gartner, BIZBOK), the five situations where EA pays off, composition stacks, and anti-patterns. SKILL.md now routes 'which framework should I use?' questions to it.

Docs & tooling since 0.1.0: frameworks-in-practice guide on the site (nav: Guide) with four SVG diagrams and a left TOC; evals expanded 3→8 (Mode 4 + negative triggers); CI link/anchor checker for the docs site; Mode 4 capability-map example on the site.
