Rust coreutils has broken 'sort', now the default in Ubuntu 26.04

Ubuntu has swapped from GNU Coreutils to a reimplementation in Rust. There are many outstanding bugs https://github.com/uutils/coreutils/issues so it's surprising this is now the default in Ubuntu 26.04 LTS.

This one affects the IPT: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rust-coreutils/+bug/2155137

I have swapped the GBIF-hosted IPTs to using GNU Coreutils:

apt install coreutils-from-gnu coreutils-from-uutils- --allow-remove-essential

Let's wait a day or two to see how the Ubuntu developers handle the report.
