패키지 구조를 src 레이아웃으로 전환하고 패키지명을 ssh_auther로 변경

- auto_ssh_auther/ → src/ssh_auther/ 디렉토리 이동
- 모든 import 경로를 ssh_auther로 변경
- pyproject.toml에 src 레이아웃 설정 추가
- auto_ssh_auther.spec pathex에 src 경로 추가
