1.3.1 — One capsule width

Recording, transcribing, and the success flash now share one exact capsule width — state changes morph the content without resizing the frame. File jobs still size to their file names.

1.3.0 — Back to the pill

The tetrahedron experiment ends. The HUD is the 1.0.0 capsule again: translucent pill below the notch, live waveform riding your voice, medium-pill + circle cluster for concurrent file jobs. Same sounds as always (Pop / Tink / Blow). Every minimization stays: trimmed menu, one-command CLI, no sessions, silent failure handling, auto-updater, launch at login.

1.2.7 — Glass, and a cast that finally renders

The cast shadow is now drawn literally — a convex-hull silhouette layer whose own shadow does the casting: soft, diffuse, zero offset (light straight through the screen, per Apple's shadow language). The body turns glassier: translucent white faces with a specular bevel toward the key light, edges still on the app icon's gray stroke recipe.

1.2.6 — The shadow actually ships

Fixed: macOS's default bounds clipping was cutting the projection shadow off before it ever reached the screen. The silhouette halo now renders on any background — terminals included — and the solid body is near-opaque so textured windows can't eat it.

1.2.5 — Projection shadow

The solid now casts a soft silhouette shadow straight onto what's behind it — light entering orthogonal to the screen, projected on the windows below. The tetrahedron reads clearly against any background, in light and dark mode alike.

1.2.4 — Unfreeze + softer edge

Fixed the HUD freezing at the done pose after a single finished dictation — it now spins again on every new run. The edge hairline switched to the app icon's own stroke recipe: soft gray at hairline width, legible in light mode without reading as a heavy outline.

1.2.3 — Done lands as the icon

The done pose is no longer arbitrary: the solid settles into the app-icon pose — vertex pointing at you inside an upright triangle — so completion is unmistakable. Light-mode contrast fixed: darker, heavier edge hairline and a deeper contact shadow.

1.2.2 — Launch at login

Transcribe now starts on every login. The first launch registers it via SMAppService — macOS asks once under System Settings → General → Login Items; later launches are silent no-ops, and opting out there stays respected.

Transcribe Leggerissimo 1.2.1 — Settle fix

The done-pose settle is now a fixed 1.2 s easeOutCubic that always completes, and the success flash holds 3.0 s — you see the full settle plus a still moment instead of the solid vanishing mid-motion.

One white translucent tetrahedron below the notch. Behavior is the language:

• Recording — spins gently about one axis
• Transcribing — tumbles reversed and faster about another
• Done — eases ~2 s into the canonical diamond rest pose and is still

Nothing persists: a dictation lives in your clipboard, a file transcript in
the .md beside the audio. The app forgets everything else.
