libxtc (1.49.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  • doc: add man-page coverage for the 1.49.0 additions (xtc_mask_enter/
    leave, the xtc_cfg_session* / xtc_cfg_ssn_set_* family, and
    xtc_arena_group_*). The make check + CI man-coverage gate requires
    every PUBLIC function to appear in a man3 page; the v1.49.0 tag was
    cut on the feature commit before that documentation landed and so had
    a red CI, and this release supersedes it. No code change.
