Enhance privacy features for OpenAI integration in v1.5.0
- Added a new Privacy tab in settings for GDPR compliance when OpenAI is active.
- Configurable options for privacy passage on the privacy policy page (filter, manual shortcode, or none).
- Introduced an optional form notice at comment and CF7 forms regarding data transfer to OpenAI.
- Suggested text for the Privacy Policy Guide available in settings.
- Options are only active when OpenAI is enabled and an API key is configured.
