Remove the footnotes to the additional information links. Replace by text and links inside the document.
Footnotes linking to the bottom of the page and returning can be an accessibility barrier for certain types of disabilities. We should be leaving links inline within the text of the document instead of breaking the flow of reading by forcing a second action to get the information.
