Rebuilt for Sierra Chart 2972

Sierra Chart 2972 changed chart data to double precision, which requires every custom study DLL to be rebuilt. This release brings all studies up to date for Sierra Chart 2972 and newer, adds ARM64 builds, and keeps a build for Sierra Chart 2911.

Included

  • DOM Notes
  • Momentum Tails
  • Flow Gauges
  • Free studies (Fair Value Gap, Trade Bracket Preview, DOM Graph, MBO Blocks, and more)

What's new

  • Sierra Chart 2972 support. All studies updated for the new double-precision chart data.
  • ARM64 builds. Builds for the ARM version of Sierra Chart.
  • DOM General Purpose columns 3-5. DOM Notes, Momentum Tails and MBO Blocks can now use the GP3, GP4 and GP5 DOM columns (Sierra Chart 2911 and newer).
  • Flow Gauges background color. Embedded gauges now use the actual chart background color.
  • Study documentation. Each study's description page now updated to match the About tab in the Config Window.

Which file to use

File Sierra Chart version
_64 2972 and newer (64-bit)
_ARM64 2972 and newer (ARM version of Sierra Chart)
_2911_64 2911 up to 2961, before the 2962 double-precision change (64-bit)

If you are on a 2962-2971 prerelease, update to 2972; neither build supports those versions. For Sierra Chart versions older than 2911, use the numbered builds (_2897, _2887, _2876, _2784) from the v1.0.0 release.

If unsure, place the files for your platform into your Data folder and Sierra Chart will pick the currently supported version.

Install

  1. Copy the DLL into your Sierra Chart Data folder.
  2. In Sierra Chart, open Analysis >> Studies and add the study to your chart.

Compatibility

64-bit and ARM64 Sierra Chart. Builds provided for Sierra Chart 2911 and newer (excluding the 2962-2971 prereleases).
