High Level Analysis
This persona consists of parents and guardians of middle-school aged students who are looking to make a decision on what high schools their kids should apply to. They can use Shortlist to:
- View personalized recommendations of High Schools (based on their own prior choices)
- Categorize recommended High Schools as "rejected," "shortlist1," "shortlist2," "shortlist3"
- Forum with other parents
- Account registration & management
- Recommend Chosen Schools to Students
A student is a user that is actively looking for a High School to apply for. Students are able to use Shortlist to:
- View personalized recommendations of High Schools (based on their own prior choices)
- Categorize recommended High Schools as "rejected," "shortlist1," "shortlist2," "shortlist3"
- Share lists with his parent
- Chat with other students
A shortlist support analyst (Human Support) is responsible for monitoring the system, verifying the user identfication, checking end-user's help requests, maintaining application policies, and communicating with the superiors to make application run smoothly.
