Added

  • Private Hosted Studio (#249, #274, #276): add a dedicated repository-backed authoring runtime with GitHub OAuth, server-side authorization and sessions, persistent Redis state, Social authoring and a reproducible private deployment/operator contract.
  • Atomic Hosted authoring and controlled images (#291, #293, #295): support multi-file repository mutations, validated image upload slots and Hosted Hero authoring while preserving optimistic concurrency and server-owned repository authority.
  • Isolated public Demo runtime (#282, #284, #288): add a separately bounded public demo experience with short-lived guest authority, persistent mutation budgets, sandbox-only repository writes and fail-closed separation from Visitor and private Hosted Studio.
  • Structured long-form reading (#237): add a product-neutral reading_blocks contract and structured reader while retaining the legacy body parser as a compatibility fallback.
  • Catalog relationships and genealogy scaffold (#213, #215, #216, #219): add typed item relationships, Studio relationship authoring, graph projection and a genealogy-oriented client scaffold built on the generic relationship model.
  • Editable collection/catalog presentation (#244, #246, #248): make collection eyebrows, collection title/intro and catalog page title consumer-editable while preserving existing fallbacks.
  • Optional Vercel Web Analytics (#296): add site-owned Visitor analytics configuration with Studio controls and explicit exclusion of Studio page views.
  • Provider-neutral item external CTA (#312): allow catalog items to expose a validated absolute HTTP(S) call-to-action while preserving preview behavior and legacy item compatibility.

Changed

  • Broader Giada UI adoption (#218, #226, #227, #228, #229, #230, #233, #243): migrate standard Studio controls and surfaces onto immutable shared Giada UI primitives while keeping Atelier-Kit domain state and semantics application-owned.
  • Canonical GIADA semantic theme contract (#289): move generic visitor presentation colors onto shared semantic theme tokens while preserving Atelier-Kit typography, editorial colors and consumer-owned palette configuration.
  • Safer publishing and upgrade paths (#205, #298): make Local publication preflight/result handling explicit and propagate Kit-managed runtime dependencies required by Hosted image authoring.
  • Hosted authored-revision contract (#306): distinguish repository authoring revisions from the independently deployed immutable Visitor snapshot and expose the currently admitted Social + Hero Hosted surface clearly.

Fixed

  • Improve visitor correctness across 404 copy/layout, synopsis disclosure, News presentation and responsive content behavior (#203, #204).
  • Keep Studio image upload/removal actions mutually exclusive and preserve item-owned fields during edits (#212, #245).
  • Preserve portrait-image focal areas and localize lightbox navigation (#278).
  • Prevent duplicate/re-entrant Hosted Hero submissions and expose saving state before repository mutation proceeds (#303, #305).
  • Preserve untouched YAML representation during Hosted Hero writes and localize Hero save-success feedback (#311, #314).
  • Prevent the mobile visitor search from reserving excessive vertical space when the header switches to column layout (#326).

Security

  • Add fail-closed Hosted runtime separation, GitHub identity/authorization, opaque server-side sessions, OAuth/PKCE, trusted route context, exact Host/Origin enforcement, synchronizer CSRF and secret-safe security events as the foundation of private Hosted Studio (#252, #260, #262, #264, #266, #268, #270).
  • Refresh vulnerable transitive dependencies within existing ranges and lock the production Vercel CLI path to the repository-controlled vercel@59.3.0, including a patched tar override and fail-closed local-only CLI resolution (#250, #319).
