In this section, we will provide a step-by-step guide on how to preprocess the large-scale ATAC-seq data required to train the ChromBPNet models. The following will use the adult mm10 cohort. All functions can be applied to other cohorts, such as the neonatal mm10, rn6, and hg38 data.
