3.1.0: Grouped output; dotted prefixes

Grouped output

Log with prefixes in a collapsible group header (where supported) and the actual log message inside the indented group:

debug.configure(null, { grouped: true });

Dotted prefixes

Instead of surrounding each prefix particle with square brackets, put dots between them:

debug.configure(null, { dotted: true });

The two new options can be combined:

debug.configure({ /* ...config object...*/ }, { grouped: true, dotted: true });
