Earth engine commercial use billing

Hello! Very nice to have this space for questions related to Earth Engine, thanks!

I have little experience with EE. I'm trying to understand the EE pricing model: https://cloud.google.com/earth-engine/pricing. Some questions that I'm having are:

• Where will be the billing shown? To the GC project linked? If this is the case, what happens if there is no linked project?

• Online EECU credit is just the running time of a script, right? No when we navigate on the map, right?

• In which use cases do we want more than 1 user allowance and in which way are users linked? I mean, what is the difference between having 2 independent users and 2 users in the same project with the monthly fee implication? Uploading data and having the 2 users access to it? See the executions of the other user? For the cost a user has seemed reasonable to think about having a duplicate environment, no? Or I'm missing something?
