Description

Fully implement a configurable Settings UI matching SqlKit's architecture for preferences and customization.

Requirements

• Appearance: theme selector (auto, dark, light), font settings
• Editor: Monaco options (tab size, word wrap, font)
• All settings persist in Pinia (see AppStore)
• Change applies immediately

• All settings persist, sync, and restore
• UI responds to setting changes
• Input validation, error/success messages
