Hint: ".." is not a SUB Directory, it's THE PARENT directory :)

We have a 4th bug in Fedora, but thats a packager mistake, all the icons are missing.

First one should already be fixed in 1.3.0 (Fedora 40)
I wasn't able to reproduce the second issue so far.
Third issue will mostly be fixed by #925
