Instead of silently losing files that differ only in case (e.g.
Default.html vs default.html), automatically rename them (Default_2.html)
so both are preserved. Show a full report of every renamed file with
its complete path. Rename is applied during tar extraction for remote
copies and during local copy. Bump version to 2.4.2.
