AI-snippets v0.2.0

Second release. Testing promoted to main; tag v0.2.0 on main HEAD.

Added

  • captain classification/supervision mode (default entry point, referenced by lieutenant); five task-type skills (full-feature, small-feature, bugfix, architecture, implementation-from-milestone); documentation skill.
  • npm package scaffold + installer CLI (npx @gelse/ai-snippets install <tool> for zoo, kilo, opencode, claude) with interactive wizard, collision prompts, YAML merge for zoo global modes, and non-TTY stdin contract; install-manifest.json emitter; make package-npx* targets; OIDC npm publish workflow (trusted publishing).
  • models/mapping.yaml model mapping (v0.1): OpenCode agents emit mapped model and a mode field derived from the mode's instantiation (default all); docs/opencode-target-drift.md drift report.
  • make install-opencode-global (honors XDG_CONFIG_HOME); double-install and merge-idempotency smoke tests; check-node Makefile guard; node-optional block in make verify.

Changed

  • orchestrator deprecated in favour of lieutenant (gatekeeper redirects); sequential nested new_task spawning in code/lieutenant; review-code/review-plan no longer spawn sub-tasks; merge-modes.py hardened; docs restructure (docs/architecture.md, docs/development.md, docs/lieutenant-workflow.md); README rewritten around the captain/skills layout; github-issue routed through captain.

Fixed

  • Duplicate entries on re-install: mergeModesYaml() replaced the stale-index splice with single-pass filter by slug.
  • OpenCode skills docs: discovery requires directory form {skill,skills}/**/SKILL.md.
  • install-opencode-global honors XDG_CONFIG_HOME.

Removed

  • Legacy JS-only Makefile targets and dual-stack scripts (generate.mjs, verify.mjs, scripts/package.json); Python (generate.py, verify.py) is the sole generator.
