Fixed

• Makefile install-opencode-global skill copy: the loop globbed the flat output/opencode/skill/*.md path while the generator emits output/opencode/skill/<name>/SKILL.md, so no skills were installed (cp: cannot stat). The loop now iterates output/opencode/skill/*/SKILL.md and installs every skill as $(OPENCODE_CONFIG_HOME)/opencode/skills/<name>/SKILL.md with companion files alongside; a failing SKILL.md copy aborts the target. Regression test: scripts/smoke-test-opencode-install.sh.
