What's new
- Cleaner proxy environment on Windows. Only the uppercase
HTTP_PROXY, HTTPS_PROXY, ALL_PROXY and NO_PROXY forms are injected, and every terminal creation path applies the default network profile.
- Session scans survive older OpenCode CLIs. Queries retry once without
--pure when the installed CLI predates the flag.
- Codex session titles lose instruction markup. Titles no longer show raw AGENTS.md instruction text; markup-only titles fall back to the default name.
- Completed tabs read apart from the selected one. Finished terminals show a check mark instead of a bottom bar.

- Windows 代理环境变量更干净。 只注入大写形式，所有终端创建路径统一应用默认网络配置。
- 旧版 OpenCode 也能扫描会话。 遇到不认识
--pure 的 CLI 自动降级重试一次。
- Codex 会话标题去掉指令杂质。 不再显示 AGENTS.md 指令原文；纯标记标题回落为默认会话名。
- 完成态与选中态不再混淆。 完成的终端显示勾选标记，底部色条只属于选中态。
