Replace the parallel AssetItemUIModel row model with AssetInfoDataAggregate, so one factory and one list item render every asset row.

Asset rows were built two different ways: the wallet list used one model, every select and search list used another. Both produced the same row, so they are now a single model with a single list item.
Native asset naming stays as it is today — the wallet list keeps the stored name, select lists keep the canonical chain name.
