Transaction confirmation and message signing each carried their own copy of the payload field split, address name lookup and context menu build. Both now derive them from a single SimulationPayloadModel.

Transaction confirmation and message signing both show simulation payload fields, and each screen carried its own copy of that logic. They now share a single model.
