Remove tag search from asset selection - #931

Conversation
Drop the tag chips row and every path that filtered search by AssetTag across iOS, Android and core. Asset lists keep working: they ride the same search scope, which now only carries the list id. AssetTag stays server side in core for markets and fiat trending, but is no longer exported to the apps.

@DRadmir we might need those tags views for the explore / discover feature, so maybe some views ok to keep |

Removes search by tags. The row of tag chips is gone from the wallet search and from every asset picker — send, swap, buy, receive and manage assets.
Asset lists are untouched and keep working as before.
