Changes:

  1. Add EvmStakingClient trait and EverstakeStakingClient
  2. Simplify preload_mapper.rs and first step to be staking generic
  3. Replace Everstake api call to fetch beacon enter/exit queue time
  4. Update min stake amount to 0.01 ETH
