The validator APR already arrives per validator in the same response, but only its maximum was kept and stamped on every entry. Read it per validator and fall back to the network rate when a validator reports no stats.

Every HyperCore validator showed the same staking rate, so the list could not be compared or sorted by it. Each validator now shows its own rate, and the network rate is used only for a validator that reports no data of its own.
