Count Cosmos staking rewards once per validator - #970

Rewards accrue per delegator and validator, but every unbonding entry was given a copy of them. With an active delegation and an unbonding entry on the same validator the wallet showed twice the rewards and sent a duplicate withdraw message.

After a partial unstake the wallet showed twice the staking rewards, both on the staking screen and on the claim confirmation, and sent a duplicate withdraw message for the same validator. Rewards are now counted once, on the active delegation.
