Refreshed quotes kept the previously selected provider even when it was picked automatically, so a better provider appearing for a larger amount stayed unselected. Remember the provider only when the user selects one and fall back to the best quote otherwise.

When the amount changed and a better provider appeared, the previously shown provider stayed selected even though the user never picked it.
Now the app remembers a provider only when the user selects one, and otherwise always shows the best quote.
