test(core): made the interlace and AAC tests pass on ffmpeg 4.4.

Ubuntu 22.04's ffprobe reports the field order of interlaced H.264 as unknown inside MP4, though it reads it in MPEG-TS, so the interlaced clip is now an .mts, as a camcorder's is. Its AAC encoder also put a "256k" sine at 65k, which is rightly copied; the AAC clips are now pink noise, which spends the bitrate it is given.
