v0.4.2 — documentation and ArrowSpace 0.28 compatibility

arrowspace_tuner v0.4.2 is a compatibility and documentation patch.

Fixed

• Fixed public examples that imported ArrowSpaceBuilder from the wrong
  package. Import it from arrowspace. Closes #40.
• Fixed clean-install tuning failures when PyTorch is not installed:
  GPSampler imports PyTorch lazily; the tuner now detects unavailable
  PyTorch before sampler selection and falls back to TPESampler.
  Users with PyTorch installed keep GPSampler as the default.

Compatibility

• Verified compatibility with ArrowSpace 0.26.0, 0.27.3, and 0.28.1
  (support range >= 0.26.0, < 0.29): full 99-test suite per matrix cell
  in CI (Python 3.12 and 3.13), plus a wheel smoke test that installs the
  built wheel into a clean environment and runs the README examples.
  Resolves #41.
• Added regression tests for builder-key round trips, None search rows,
  and zero-lambda probe handling.

Upgrade

pip install --upgrade arrowspace-tuner==0.4.2

No change to the supported ArrowSpace floor: arrowspace >= 0.26.0, < 0.29.
The upper bound is a tested ceiling, not a known incompatibility
(see #43 for widening it).

API

No public API changes are introduced in this release.
